1. Sales.
Sales are made in accordance with the company's general conditions which cannot be changed except by the company itself by means of an explicit written document. All sales shall be subject to the prior approval of the seller who , within fifteen days from the date of confirmation shall be entitled to notify in writing any decision to refuse the order.

2. Payment and Delivery.
The payment must be made in advance. Prices for goods are not comprehensive of shipping costs . The shipping costs will be notified you after the receipt of the order; they will be calculated according to the kind of ordered item and the City/Country of destination . The order will be cancelled if both the parties do not agree upon the shipping modalities. Goods always travel at the buyer's risk , and any delays breakages , tampering with and loss of goods shall under no circumstances entitle the buyer to damages .

3. Taxes and international shipping.
The customer must verify the sum of the taxes / duties on the purchased products required by the country of destination ( this sum must be paid by the customer and it is not included in the sales price ) The customer must also search for information on eventual prohibitions and limitations on the import of the purchased products . In case of block or problems at the costumes , inspection , we will not collect the product or refund its payment to the customer.

4. Technical details.
The illustrations , measurements and all data shown in catalogues shall be considered approximate and notified by the seller by way of information only , without any responsibility on the part of the seller .

5. Complaints and claims.
Any complaints must reach the supplier within eight days from receipt of goods by the buyer . Claims made as a result of breakages or failure to comply with the delivery note must be made to the carrier upon receipt of goods . Complaints shall not exempt the buyer from the obligation of accepting other goods ordered and ready for delivery , nor shall they entitle him to reduce or suspend payments to be made at the supplier's address.

7. Warranty.
The supplier guarantees the good quality and manufacture of the material and its weather resistance for 3 years . The supplier undertakes to only replace material showing faults of manufacturing or quality nature . Under no circumstances shall the supplier be obliged to indemnify other or greater damages . Any faulty material shall be replaced following approval of the supplier . Delivery shall be made ex our warehouse and with the exclusion of any additional costs .

8 . Disputes.
Any disputes shall fall within the jurisdiction of the Court of Tallin ( Estonia ) , without exception for any reasons related to special circumstances or contentious jurisdiction.
